Artist Statement : Michael Ryan Hines, born in 1989 in Houston, Texas, and raised in Lithonia, Georgia, is a versatile artist with a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art in Motion Media Design. He has created graphic designs and animations for nationally broadcast live sports and news. While in New York he continued his education at the Art Students League and the Grand Central Atelier. In addition to his realistic portrayals, he delves into vibrant and organic abstract line paintings, where hidden narratives and symbolic representations emerge. Through bold and expressive strokes, his colorful creations convey a sense of energy and vitality.
